Lots of other number plate sites come and go and we have seen many over the years. We are here for the long run.

Yes you may add any badge you like on the designer. To do this simply go to 'step 2 - personalisation' and under the 'badge' section select the first option of 'add my badge'. Next please upload your image on the 'add my badge' tab, it will now appear on the designer. Don't Worry if it doesn't look right on screen we will ensure its printed correctly and looks good before sending it out to you. We are very passionate about our customers receiving what they want!

The Legal Number Plate Font Is "standard" number plate font which is available on our designer. Please just select standard. Please also ensure it is Black and no other colour.

No we do not require any documents or identification from you. This is sensitive information and we do not require it.

Yes, once you have designed your plate in the plate designer section a preview will be shown of how it will look. Should you want a design we will send you a proof before printing.

Rules for number plates

The number plates on your vehicle must:

• Be made from a reflective material (ALL OUR PLATES ARE)
• Display black characters on a white background (front plate) (ALL OUR PLATES ARE)
• Display black characters on a yellow background (rear plate) (ALL OUR PLATES ARE)
• Not have a background pattern (NOT AVAILABLE ON OUR SITE)
• Be marked to show who supplied the number plate (IF YOU SELECT BRITISH STANDARD SHOW THIS WILL DISPLAY)
• Be marked with a British Standard number - this is 'BS AU 145e' for plates fitted after 1 September 2021 (IF SELECTED AS ABOVE THIS WILL BE PRINTED LIKE THIS)

The characters must not be removable or reflective. If your number plates were fitted after 1 September 2021, they must also be a single shade of black. (ALL OUR PLATES ARE PRINTED LIKE THIS)

Your number plates can also:

• Have 4D (raised) characters (AVAILABLE UNDER PLATE TYPE "4D")
• Display certain flags, symbols and identifiers (AVAILABLE ON OUR WEBSITE)
• Display a green flash, if you have a zero-emission vehicle (AVAILABLE UNDER "EV" BADGES CATEGORY THEN SELECT A BADGE)

We will print your plates as below with the correct legal space between characters. Please ensure you enter a space after the 4th digit to ensure it is legal. Please also note the following;

What is Legal on a Number Plate?

1) A Badge on the left hand side Being a County or district badge/ EV Badge

2) A Border around the reg. (in any colour)

3) A slogan being the supporting Dealer details

4) British Standard Kite mark on the right hand side (Please Select British Standard Show)

5) Font size should be 79mm. A 20.5 x 4.5 plate Size should be selected to accommodate this font size (if smaller plate sizes are selected font height will be reduced to accommodate your chosen plate size)

Yes you can track your order. Once dispatched from our warehouse, you will be emailed a Royal Mail tracking number. This can be followed on the Royal Mail track and trace website with the code provided.

We deal with many small dealerships and offer a discount on bulk ordering. We accommodate all customers and will help in any way we can. Please contact us to discuss.

Absolutely, we are the largest stockist of all sizes in the UK. We stock all sizes to suit any vehicle/motorbike (including Japanese imports) and can be designed to your specification. All sizes are listed on the drop down menu in our 'Step 1 - Plate Information' section. Should you have any questions with sizes or types of cars please email us.

We can do this no problem at all. We love quirky designs or challenges. On the bottom of the designer there is a tick box which says "Please click for custom design required" please tick this, then a pop up will come with "design Instructions" please tell us what you require and we will email you a proof for you to confirm before printing or rolling any order to ensure you get what you want.

Have a 1 & 3 and want a B or a 1 & 2 for an R. Let us know any design you would like. We also do exact custom spacing.

Unfortunately not. Once your order has been submitted it is automatically processed and printed on our system and it is too late to change or cancel so please ensure all your details and designs are exactly how you want it to look before making your order.

No, we have one set delivery charge, so no matter what you order or how many you order the delivery price will remain the same.

Our site is linked to our secure PayPal account which accepts all major credit/debit cards. Please Note you DO NOT need a Paypal account to use your debit or credit card.

All orders which are placed before 5:00pm Monday - Friday will be dispatched the same day. Orders Shipped on our Standard service will be received within 3-4 working days. Our Recorded Signed for service is 2 days. With recent strikes and delays we do not want to offer and charge for a next day as we would not want to promise this when as a company we rely on third parties to ship. We would rather be honest and not promise something that cannot be achieved.

Yes your plates will be made exactly how you design them with the specification you enter on the plate designer.

All orders received before 5pm will be despatched on the same day.

Your plates will arrive in custom made bubble number plate envelopes specifically designed to prevent any damage during transit. Should you have ANY damaged item arrive please email us and we will send replacements Free of charge.

If you design your plate to legal format then the BS details that you see in the bottom-right corner of the plates in the design screen will remain in place. However the last entry in the control panel on the design screen allows you to add or remove the BS details. Please ensure that you have checked this box when ordering as some customers prefer to have no BS details showing and if not included in your design then we have to assume that was your intention.
